We’re thrilled to announce that the Tree Canopy Project is well underway—and the trees are now in the ground!

Originally opened in 1961 as Variety Children’s Hospital, the facility was established to provide top-tier healthcare for children. Over the decades, it evolved and expanded, becoming what we now know as Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, a renowned leader in pediatric care serving families not just from Miami but across the globe.

Nestled along the charming Devonshire Boulevard in Schenley Park are our beloved Free Little Libraries—community book-sharing boxes where neighbors can take a book or leave a book for others to enjoy.

Duffy's Tavern, our beloved neighborhood sports bar, never officially closed its doors and is now fully back in business!
